Your Day to Day In a Nutshell

As our Finance Intern, you will support the finance team in day to day accounting and administrative tasks while gaining practical experience across core hotel finance functions. You will assist with invoice processing, filing, and documentation, support daily revenue checks and cost control activities, and help maintain accurate financial records.

You will gain exposure to accounts payable and receivable processes, audits, stock controls, and month end routines, working closely with experienced finance professionals who are happy to guide and mentor you.

You will also gain practical exposure to procurement and the receiving area, learning how purchase orders are raised, matched, and controlled, and how goods are received, verified, and documented in line with hotel policies. This will give you a hands‑on understanding of cost control, supplier coordination, and the link between purchasing, inventory, and financial reporting.

What We Need From You

We are looking for a student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field who is eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions. You should be comfortable working with numbers, organized, and attentive to detail.

Basic knowledge of Excel and accounting principles is important, along with a positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality. Previous internship or hospitality exposure is a plus, but not essential.
