As a Bartender at Ciel, you are the curator of elevated experiences — blending world-class mixology with seamless, intuitive service. Set against the backdrop of Dubai’s skyline, your bar is more than a service station — it's a stage. Each cocktail you craft reflects the precision, artistry, and innovation that defines Ciel. • Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, flair, and consistency.

• Engage with guests in a friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable manner, offering recommendations and ensuring exceptional experiences.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and aesthetics of the bar area, equipment, and surrounding spaces.

• Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service.

• Manage bar inventory and restocking, and assist with daily ordering as needed.

• Ensure all beverages are prepared in compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Collaborate with the team during busy periods to support smooth operations across the venue.

• Assist in creating seasonal or signature cocktails that align with the venue's concept and brand.

• Accurately handle cash and card transactions using POS systems.

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume bar, lounge, or upscale restaurant.

• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and bar techniques.

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, energetic personality with a guest-first mindset.

• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Certification in responsible alcohol service (as per local law) is an advantage.
