Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves providing advanced technical assistance and guiding workshop teams in diagnosing vehicle issues both remotely and on-site. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in automotive after-sales support and a technical background in automobile systems. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience in Automotive After sales technical support or similar role.
- Strong technical understanding of Automotive systems.
- Valid UAE Driving License will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Guide technicians remotely and on-site for diagnostics.
- Prepare detailed technical reports.
- Coordinate with OEMs for issue resolution.
- Manage field service campaigns.
