Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in Automotive After sales technical support or similar role.
• Strong technical understanding of Automotive systems.
• Valid UAE Driving License will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Guide technicians remotely and on-site for diagnostics.
• Prepare detailed technical reports.
• Coordinate with OEMs for issue resolution.
• Manage field service campaigns.
