We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Technician III to join our innovative team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will lead advanced technical work utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to support complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and implementation of BIM models for complex construction projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient BIM integration
• Manage and coordinate BIM-related aspects of projects including timelines and deliverables
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to BIM implementation
• Mentor and supervise junior BIM technicians overseeing workflow and quality control
• Develop and maintain BIM standards templates and best practices
• Participate in client meetings to present BIM solutions and address technical queries
• Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in the UAE
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for BIM processes and workflows

Qualifications

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in BIM technology and advanced technical work
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit AutoCAD and other relevant tools
• Strong knowledge of construction processes building systems and industry standards
• Excellent 3D modeling and visualization skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams
• Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations (preferred)
