Job summary
A leading financial technology company in Dubai is seeking a Client Support Analyst to provide expert assistance on their trading platforms and manage client inquiries. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Finance or Mathematics and at least four years of experience in a client service role. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential, as well as a commercial mindset to enhance client satisfaction. This role involves engagement with high-net-worth clients and working with internal teams to achieve service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in Finance, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in client services or trading support.
- Hands-on experience with trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure an exceptional experience.
- Provide support on trading platforms and assist clients with troubleshooting.
- Manage client inquiries via email, phone, and live chat professionally.
