We’re seeking a highly skilled Project Information Manager with hands‑on expertise in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to support our project delivery teams. This role includes document management, trainer, and champion of our digital project ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, maintain, and enforce information management standards within ACC.
  • Ensure accurate metadata, versioning, workflows, and audit trails across all project documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with project documentation protocols and escalate deviations when required.
  • Lead the setup, configuration, and optimization of ACC modules for new and ongoing projects.
  • Develop folder structures, permissions, workflows, naming conventions, and approval routes aligned with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT, PMO, and project teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and tools.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, onboarding workshops, and system demonstrations for internal teams and external partners.
  • Act as the primary point of guidance for ACC usage, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Create user guides, quick‑reference materials, and process maps to support adoption and consistency.
  • Lead presentations to senior stakeholders on system performance, adoption metrics, and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify gaps in document management processes and propose scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Support project managers in aligning documentation workflows with project delivery milestones.
  • Proven experience as an information manager or DMS specialist within engineering, construction, or project‑driven environments.
  • Hands‑on expertise with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Strong understanding of project management workflows and documentation lifecycles.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to train, influence, and present to diverse audiences.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for structure, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in document control, project management, or ACC/BIM 360 (preferred but not mandatory).
Technical Skills
  • Proven hands‑on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), including setup, configuration, permissions, workflows, and project templates.
  • Strong understanding of Common Data Environment (CDE) principles and document lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in project documentation standards, naming conventions, metadata structures, and revision control.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues, user access challenges, and workflow bottlenecks.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and digital collaboration tools.
Experience
  • Minimum 4-7 years in information management, Building Information Modelling (BIM), DMS administration, or project support roles within construction, engineering, or large‑scale project environments.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering training sessions, workshops, or system onboarding to diverse user groups.
  • Experience preparing and leading presentations for project teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Background in supporting multi‑disciplinary project teams across design, engineering, and construction phases.
  • Knowledge and practical application of ISO19650 Series.
Document Management
  • Skilled in designing and implementing clear, consistent naming conventions to improve document traceability.
  • Strong ability to track submittals and correspondence, ensuring timely reviews and accurate documentation.
  • Deep understanding of folder structures and digital filing systems for efficient document organization.
  • Effective in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain smooth document workflows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Power BI considered an added advantage.
  • Capable of preparing detailed progress reports, dashboards, and coordination logs for management review.
  • Experienced in using Aconex for document control, workflow management, and communication tracking.
  • Highly skilled in creating and managing BIM approval workflows to support project delivery and compliance.
