CRM Developer

Job Purpose

The role provides support maintenance and development of applications and systems to fulfill business objectives. Responsible for 100 percent system availability and providing solutions as per the defined SLA for issues.

Key Result Areas
  • Must have strong knowledge of customization and configuration in MSCRM application
  • Must have ability to write MSCRM plugin workflow and form customization
  • Must have experience in SQL Server Integration Service
  • Must have ability to work on Windows services
  • Must have ability to work -based applications and components
  • Provide response to resolution of service tickets within agreed SLAs
  • Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement fixes after proper testing
  • Proactively check server status to ensure applications and systems are fully operational and available for users
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Collect data and analyze metrics related to requirements
  • Review test results
  • Deploy bug fixes in test environment and perform system integration testing
  • Write technical specifications
  • Participate in code reviews
  • Perform maintenance on existing code base
  • Coordinate user testing and take appropriate actions to move changes to production

Knowledge, Skills, Qualification and Experience
  • 7 to 9 years of experience in product design and implementation
  • Strong technical knowledge in MSCRM application
  • Experience in production support
  • Moderate to strong understanding of banking domain
  • Ability to review understand and improve program code and documentation
  • Good verbal and written communication skills including documentation
  • Ability to interpret solution documentation and recommend improvements
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to develop large-scale web and database applications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines
  • Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project managers
  • Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces
  • Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis design functionality testing and support
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
