A leading IT solutions provider in Dubai is seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager with over 15 years of experience in the IT domain. The successful candidate will manage large-scale IT projects and coordinate with various teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure setups. Required qualifications include Microsoft MCSE and RHEL certifications. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills are essential. This role offers a chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and lead vital IT transformations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure domain.
- At least 10 years of experience in managing large IT Projects.
- Experience in private cloud deployment and management.
Responsabilités
- Coordinating with Various IT Infrastructure Administrators.
- Providing L3 Support onsite for IT Infrastructure issues.
- Managing SAP environment.

- The resource should have a minimum of 15 years experience in IT Infrastructure domain with at least 10 years experience in managing large IT Projects.
- The resource should have worked in at least three project of private cloud deployment and management.
- Coordinate with Various IT Infrastructure Administrators for Implementing and commissioning of IT Infrastructure.
- Coordinate with Application teams for implementing any application specific requirement.
- Technical expertise on overall IT Infrastructure components as required.
- SPOC for IT infrastructure setup.
- Provide L3 Support onsite for any issues on IT Infrastructure.
- Coordinate with NOC team for timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with AP Support team for timely resolution of issues.
- Mandate Technology Skills VCF VxRail vRealize suite VSAN SRM & NSX
- Expert in Windows Server & RHEL Linux Implementation Administration Management and troubleshooting
- Expert in AD Exchange Mobile Device Management solutions
- Mandatory Microsoft MCSE certified resource
- RHEL/RHCE certified resource
- Expert on Dell Isilon NAS Storage & Commvault backup storage
- Should have experience in managing SAP environment.
- Mandate skills of building Infra and maintenance calendar
- Experience in DR Drills
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills to fix operational Issues.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- BMC Suite administration skills TSSA TSNA and ITOM
- Opensource Container/Kubernetes will be added advantage. (Desirable)
- Windows Linux Storage (NAS) Commvault Backup AD/EX
- Good knowledge in VMware (Virtualization level)
- Good knowledge of Infra Applications (running in FTA)
- Handson experience in planning and executing the DR
- Good knowledge of Hardware like DELL VXrail etc
- Good knowledge of Datacenters
- VMWare MCSE ITIL RHEL & Cloud Certifications
