A leading construction firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented Landscape Inspector to evaluate and inspect landscape architectural projects. Responsibilities include conducting thorough site inspections, preparing inspection reports, and collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainability practices. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture and have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Landscape Inspector to join our site team in Abu. This role will be responsible for evaluating and inspecting landscape architectural projects to ensure compliance with local regulations, design standards, and environmental sustainability practices.
- Conduct thorough site inspections of landscape architectural projects.
- Review and analyze landscape design plans, specifications, and construction documents for compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports identifying any issues or areas of non‑compliance.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to resolve design and construction‑related concerns.
- Evaluate the use of sustainable landscape practices and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Utilize CAD software and GIS systems to assess and document landscape designs.
- Maintain up-to‑date knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.
- Provide expert advice on landscape architecture principles and best practices to project stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings and present findings to clients and team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.
- Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) license or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in conducting site inspections and evaluations.
- Strong knowledge of landscape architecture principles and practices.
- Proficiency in CAD software and GIS systems.
