Overview

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Sales Specialist, you will support driving our business growth by promoting and selling our powder paints products to new and existing architectural and industrial customers. You’ll build strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and use Jotun’s sales tools to achieve key targets in sales, gross margin, and Days Sales Outstanding, all contributing to expanding our market presence and boosting profitability. In this job role, you will report to the Area Sales Manager and will be based in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai, U.A.E.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships with architects, consultants, and industrial customers to drive profitable growth in assigned accounts.
  • Develop customer account plans by understanding architectural and industrial needs, prioritising opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee projects and delivery progress in both architectural and industrial segments, resolve technical/commercial issues, and ensure work is completed on time and as per Jotun standards.
  • Promote Jotun powder paints products and solutions through visits, presentations, and follow‑ups to secure specifications and create new sales opportunities.
  • Drive project follow‑up to ensure Jotun products are used and sales budgets are achieved.
  • Support commercial performance by monitoring payments, responding to inquiries, presenting proposals, and meeting personal sales targets.

  • Bachelor’s degree certificate is required.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience within the construction industry is required.
  • Relevant experience in Sales & Business Development is prioritized.
  • A valid Gulf Council Country driving license is preferred.
  • Arabic verbal communication proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required.
