Service Marketing & Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities

The work model for the role is: onsite.

This role is contributing to the Electrification service sales & marketing in UAE Cluster. Main stakeholders are External customers/end-users, sales marketing, application sales and operation teams.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with uncovered accounts and generate new business opportunities.
  • Leverage existing customer base to identify and generate new opportunities.
  • Research & develop new points of contact and potential accounts.
  • Regular digital communication and calls to customers to identify customer needs.
  • Qualify incoming leads from service engineers and communicate with customers.
  • Prepare quotations, follow-up with customers and support in closing deals.
  • Opportunity follow up: updating and maintaining pipeline with accurate information.
  • Analyze & qualify opportunities with Sales force and handle expired opportunities.
  • Work closely with other teams such as Outside Sales, Marketing, Application Sales, and Backoffice.
Qualifications for the role
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Flexibility & eagerness to learn.
  • 0-2 years experience in a related field.
  • Fluency in English.
