We are seeking a locally experienced and results-driven Enterprise IT Solutions Sales Specialist to drive business growth across the UAE and GCC markets.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling IT solutions, cybersecurity services, managed services, cloud offerings, and enterprise technology products.

This role requires a proactive, client-focused professional who can build strong relationships, understand customer requirements, and deliver technology-driven business solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across assigned regions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects in enterprise, government, and mid-market sectors.
  • Conduct market research to understand regional trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets as set by the management.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Understand customer pain points and propose appropriate IT and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, proposals, and escalations.

3. Solution Sales & Technical Collaboration

  • Work closely with technical teams (Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, IT Managed Services) to design customized solutions.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear business value propositions for clients.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales teams to prepare solution briefs, technical proposals, and presentations.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

4. Proposal Development & Negotiation

  • Prepare detailed proposals, RFQ/RFP responses, commercial quotes, and tender documents.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and closure of deals.
  • Ensure compliance with regional business laws and organizational policies.

5. Sales Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts to management.
  • Track market opportunities, competitor offerings, and emerging trends.

6. Collaboration & Internal Coordination

  • Work with marketing teams to develop campaigns, events, and lead-generation activities.
  • Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution after deal closure.
  • Participate in internal sales reviews, strategy discussions, and performance meetings.
Skills
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–7 years of local proven experience in IT solution sales
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Cybersecurity solutions (VAPT, SOC, SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP)
  • Cloud and managed services
  • IT infrastructure solutions
  • Networking
  • Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and manage enterprise clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and business communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with enterprise technology vendors, distributors, or system integrators.
  • Understanding of local market regulations, tendering processes, and procurement norms.
  • Certifications in sales, cloud, or cybersecurity (optional but beneficial).
  • Local language skills are an added advantage.
