We are seeking a strategic leader with a passion for driving transformational change and delivering complex projects with precision. The role of Senior Project Manager involves leading high-impact initiatives across the Middle East.

• Manage the day-to-day delivery and execution of consultancy services under contract with clients, including resource planning, KPIs, deliverables, and client relationship management.
• Act as the company representative during program execution, interfacing with management and client personnel.
• Monitor contractor performance against schedules and specifications.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors.
• Market and secure additional work with clients.
• Follow up on project instructions and commitments.
• Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and public meetings as needed.
• Establish and oversee project plans, health and safety, quality assurance, and related documents.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, and plans, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
• Address potential cost overruns or delays, and manage change orders.
• Report project progress, milestones, and issues to management.
• Lead project governance, portfolio, team management, risk management, and benefit realization efforts.
• Drive a culture of innovation and develop personal capabilities through ongoing education and professional development.
• Manage transformational change projects, stakeholder engagement, project scope, assurance, and enterprise business analysis.
