Job Purpose and Scope
The Technical Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of engineering projects, aligning with organizational goals and customer expectations. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication to deliver quality and efficiency while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and Aspireli’s quality benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and identify opportunities for new products.
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery in line with business and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure efficiency.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and Aspireli’s quality benchmarks.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- Foster cross‑functional collaboration to improve project workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience with adaptive front lighting, ADB systems, or ambient lighting personalization.
- Exposure to smart lighting, connected vehicle platforms, or software‑driven light animations.
- Prior experience in setting up a lighting team or function from scratch.
- Proven track record in delivering engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Experience working with international teams and suppliers.
- Lead end‑to‑end development of automotive lighting products (headlamps, tail lamps, DRLs, ambient lighting, logo projections, etc.) from concept to SOP.
- Own design architecture, including optical, mechanical, and electronic systems integration.
- Drive concept ideation, design feasibility, and PoC development for new lighting innovations.
- Lead optical design & simulation (e.g., LucidShape, LightTools, or SPEOS) and ensure compliance with photometric and regulatory standards (ECE, SAE, FMVSS).
- Guide the team in material selection, thermal management, and packaging design tailored for automotive environments.
- Collaborate closely with the electronics, styling, and validation teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Liaise with OEMs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to align technical requirements and ensure program delivery milestones are met.
- Define and track DFMEA, DVP, and validation plans for lighting systems.
- Drive innovation in energy efficiency (LED, OLED, laser‑based systems), smart lighting (ADB, Matrix), and connected lighting technologies.
- Ensure design‑for‑manufacturing (DFM) and support tool development, prototyping, and industrialization.
- Exceptional project management and cross‑functional leadership skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, or similar).
