Job summary

A leading technical services provider in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee renovation and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the UAE, strong technical expertise, and leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing teams, ensuring work quality, and handling technical site issues. Fluency in English is required, and familiarity with high-end materials is a plus. Must be currently living in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in renovation or fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Must be currently living in Dubai.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise renovation and fit-out projects on site.
• Plan work schedules and control quality, cost, and timing.
• Recruit and manage a team of workers and technicians.
• Check quality of completed work and approve it.
• Handle technical issues: plumbing, electrical, AC, and finishing.
• Source and deal with local suppliers, factories and subcontractors.
• Solve construction problems on site quickly and efficiently.
• Be familiar with high-end materials, tools and technologies.
• Report project status and updates to management.
