We’re working with a high-growth AI technology company based in Dubai, building an enterprise-grade, AI-powered platform.

This is not a traditional HR role. The business is scaling internationally and needs an HR leader who has built things from scratch, thrives in ambiguity, and understands what it takes to attract top talent in a competitive tech/startup market.

The Role

As HR Manager / Advisor, you will own the end-to-end people function for a fast-scaling AI startup with global ambitions. You’ll partner closely with founders and leadership to design and implement everything from hiring strategy to culture, policies, and performance frameworks.

This role suits someone who has worked in startups or scale-ups, ideally within tech, AI, or deep-tech environments.
