A recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced Freelance Remote Tech Recruiter to work on a high-priority FinTech project in Abu Dhabi. The recruiter will focus on hiring for engineering roles at various levels, including junior software engineers and executive leadership. Candidates should have a strong background in FinTech, Digital Banking, AI, Blockchain, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. This is a remote role, offering flexibility while collaborating on significant recruitment initiatives.

- Ability to hire across various engineering levels including junior and executive positions.

- Focus on profiles in FinTech, Digital Banking, AI, Blockchain, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Remote Tech Recruiter to support a high-priority FinTech recruitment project for a confidential client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Hiring Engineering roles across three levels:
- SVP / Executive Engineering Leadership
- VP / Senior Engineering Management
- Junior Software Engineers – Coders
Focus on FinTech, Digital Banking, AI, Blockchain, Cloud, and Cybersecurity profiles.
