Senior HVAC Installation Supervisor
Job summary
A leading construction company in Dubai is seeking an experienced AC Supervisor responsible for overseeing HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities on site. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Mechanical/HVAC and 7-10 years of relevant experience, along with strong knowledge of HVAC systems. Key responsibilities include supervising a team, coordinating with engineers, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining quality standards. This role offers a chance to lead HVAC projects in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in HVAC installation and supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and schematics.
- Experience in managing HVAC technicians and ensuring quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day HVAC installation and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Mechanical Engineers and participate in site coordination meetings.
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Ensure HVAC activities follow safety guidelines.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update documentation.
