Mission:
To lead and empower a high-performing team of sales engineers to drive sustainable business growth across assigned territories by expanding market presence, strengthening customer and partner relationships, and delivering innovative preservation and corrosion protection solutions. The Field Sales Manager champions our vision by ensuring excellence in field execution, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth through disciplined leadership and strategic collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute field sales strategies to meet sales and profitability targets
- Lead, coach, and support sales engineers in the field — setting goals, conducting ride-along visits, and reviewing performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with end-users.
- Drive channel partner engagement, performance, and alignment with company goals.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and report and forecast sales performance to senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories or segments.
- Coordinate with marketing, technical, and logistics teams to support sales operations.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to adapt strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (MBA is a plus).
- 7–10 years of B2B field sales experience in industrial or construction solutions.
- Minimum of 2 years of field sales teams management and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in channel partner management and developing distributor networks.
- Strong understanding of technical solution selling and project-based sales in O&G or construction sectors.
- Familiarity with asset integrity, asset preservation, corrosion protection
- Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and planning abilities with data-driven decision-making.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
