Job Description:
Identify and secure project opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors by developing strong relationships with consultants, developers, architects, and MEP contractors to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles from product selection, pricing, and submittals to negotiation and delivery to ensure on-time project completion and client satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the project sales team by setting clear KPIs, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing coaching to foster a high-performance culture focused on service excellence and achievement.
Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and prepare regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to advise management on strategic decisions and business growth opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of project sales experience in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, or building materials, with at least 3 years in a senior or team-lead capacity
Strong network within UAE construction and hospitality sectors; sound knowledge of tender processes, project sales cycles, and technical product selection
Proven track record in achieving project sales targets; excellent negotiation and presentation skills; leadership and mentoring ability; advanced MS Office and CRM proficiency.
