Zusammenfassung
A leading global logistics provider in Dubai is seeking an experienced Operations Executive to manage daily operations and ensure exceptional delivery performance. Responsibilities include supervising last mile operations, managing team performance, and driving process improvements. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in logistics or customer service and proficiency in Excel and SQL. Join us in redefining fast delivery for our customers.
Qualifikationen
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Experience managing time efficiently and working effectively with internal teams.
- Good communication skills for conveying complex concepts.
Aufgaben
- Manage daily operations for small sites and supervise last mile operations.
- Meet customer metrics while maintaining cost targets and team morale.
- Implement training and development plans for team members.
