  • Demonstrate your strategic approach to managing shifts utilizing house count data and responding to changes in realtime.
  • Emphasize your commitment to effective communication ensuring relevant information is smoothly handed over during shift transitions.

Quality Awareness and Team Development:

  • Illustrate your commitment to promoting quality awareness among front office associates aiming for continuous improvement in guest satisfaction scores.
  • Highlight your involvement in training and developing front desk associates for enhanced performance.

Operational Efficiency and Compliance:

  • Showcase your skills in ensuring smooth checkin/checkout processes and handling guest accounts with precision.
  • Emphasize your knowledge of operational software and compliance with SOPs L.S.O.P.s and credit policies.
