Akaari is an AI-powered platform built specifically for real estate agents designed to help them close more deals with less effort.
In this role youll connect with agents understand their needs and show them how Akaari can simplify their daily workflow and help them reach more clients. Youll be part of a collaborative team that values initiative clear communication and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities
- Actively building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate agents.
- Searching for and attracting new agents to the platform through networking referrals research and creative outreach.
- Meeting agents in person attending real estate events and presenting Akaari live your calendar will be full of action.
- Being visible and engaging on social media and messenger platforms thats where agents are and youll be there too.
- Showcasing Akaaris AI-powered platform in a clear confident and compelling way.
- Coming up with fresh ideas to attract more agents and explaining how the platform makes their work easier and more profitable.
- Guiding agents through the subscription process from the first chat to full registration.
- Keeping your pipeline organized and always moving forward.
What your daily tasks might look like
- Spend the day talking to real estate agents across Dubai sending quick intros sharing short presentations and setting up meetings.
- Meet agents in person or online walk them through Akaari and show how it actually makes their life easier (and their deals faster).
- Stay active on socials and messengers thats where the agents are and you love being in the middle of the action.
- Follow up chat and build momentum every day is about getting more agents excited to join.
Youre the ideal candidate if you
- Bring 3-5 years experience in real estate proptech or brand / product management strong presentation skills required.
- Show confidence social energy and a love for meeting people to showcase ideas.
- Are fluent in English.
- Are self-motivated organized and thrive in a results-driven environment.
- Youre based in Dubai and have strong connections in Dubai market huge plus.
