Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruiting or talent sourcing ideally within marketing creative or DTC industries.
• Comfortable working with outreach tools, boolean search and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify top DTC-focused talent.
• Reach out to candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Qualify candidates through initial chats or structured calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Keep everything organized in our CRM.
• Collaborate daily with our Customer Success Manager and Interview Manager.
