A leading hotel chain in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Guest Services Officer - Front Office. This role requires providing excellent service to customers and ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Office within the Rooms Division. Ideal candidates will have a customer-focused mindset, fluent communication skills, and at least one year of experience in hotel operations. You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Services Officer - Front Officeis responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office operationswithin the Rooms Division.
Passionate, action oriented and hardworking personalities with a minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations.
The ideal candidate should have a customer-focused mindset, alongside fluent communication.
