We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our off-plan property sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Dubai property market.

1. Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of off-plan property sales agents to achieve individual and team targets.
2. Plan and implement strategic sales initiatives for new off-plan property launches.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships with investors, developers, and brokers.
4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members.
5. Collaborate with marketing and senior management to align sales strategies with business goals.
6. Stay updated with market trends, competitive products, and regulatory changes (RERA).
7. Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and ethical standards throughout the sales process.
8. Represent the company at real estate events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

• Experience in real estate sales, particularly off-plan property sales in Dubai.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations (RERA).
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
