About the Role
The VP Sales - International Markets will lead global sales operations driving revenue growth across key regions such as the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in B2B travel distribution strong market relationships and proven ability to scale international business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the international sales team ensuring revenue growth across all global markets.
- Take P&L ownership of international sales and ensure achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
- Develop and execute strategic market expansion plans focusing on high-potential regions and partnerships.
- Define and implement sales processes and KPIs to ensure efficiency, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Build and nurture relationships with key travel and strategic accounts globally.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing strategies to maintain Rezlives competitive advantage.
- Collaborate closely with the product marketing and finance teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, networking events and B2B exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
- Recruit, mentor and motivate regional sales heads fostering a culture of high performance and ownership.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights and performance analysis to management.
- Contribute to annual budgeting, pricing strategies and strategic alliances to drive long-term growth.
