Job summary
A leading technology company is seeking an IT Coordinator for its operations in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 3–6 years of project coordination experience in the banking sector. Strong skills in communication, stakeholder management, and familiarity with project management tools like MS Project and JIRA are essential. This role demands excellent documentation, reporting abilities, and a capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- 3–6 years of experience in IT project coordination, preferably in Banking or Financial Services.
- Familiarity with banking systems such as Core Banking, Internet/Mobile Banking.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

- 3–6 years of experience in IT project coordination, preferably within Banking or Financial Services.
- Familiarity with banking systems such as Core Banking, Internet/Mobile Banking, Payments, or Cards.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent documentation and reporting ability.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Understanding of IT governance and risk management in the banking sector.
- Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities effectively.
- Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum is a plus.
