Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing large-scale water/wastewater, construction, or O&G projects.
• Strong GCC/Middle East project experience is essential.
• Native Arabic speaker is mandatory.

• Oversee end-to-end project execution from planning to commissioning.
