A leading water treatment solutions provider in Dubai is seeking a Project Head to lead complex water and wastewater treatment projects across the Middle East. The ideal candidate must possess over 15 years of project management experience and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. Native Arabic fluency is mandatory. This role demands excellent leadership, risk management, and cross-functional coordination skills, ensuring project delivery within timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale water/wastewater projects.
• Strong GCC / Middle East project experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing end-to-end complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of complex water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Define project vision, strategy, and execution roadmaps.
• Oversee project execution from planning to commissioning.
• Act as the primary interface with clients and stakeholders.
