Job Description

Accountant (Tally Prime Working experience) HIRING

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee and manage all financial and inventory-related aspects of our business in compliance with UAE regulations. Tally working experience and VAT experience are a must for this role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks and preparing financial reports

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records for all financial transactions.
• Prepare and manage financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Prior experience in monthly, quarterly & yearly closings.
• Budgeting and Forecasting Management
• Prepare periodic financial and management reports for senior management.
• Monitor and analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability across multiple projects.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payment collection, and vendor payment processing.
• Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE tax laws.
• Expertise in Corporate Tax & Tax return filing.
• Ensure proper documentation and recording of all taxable and non-taxable transactions
• Strong understanding about Audit requirements & schedule preparations
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required
• Oversee inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and cost analysis.
• Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize and losses
• Expert in TALLY PRIME with excellent knowledge of accounting software
• Ability to perform multitasking
• Maintaining professional level of documentations & filling
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Bachelor s degree in accounting, or in Finance (required)
• UAE Driving License (preferable)
• 2+ years of experience as an accountant within UAE. (required)
• Expert knowledge of Tally Prime. (required)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Well versed with the UAE VAT / Corporate Tax / Labor Laws
• Exceptional knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting & cost control principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills
