Job summary
A fashion retail company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Retail Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in GCC Ladies Fashion, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and achieving sales targets. Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and preferably English. The position may require working weekends and holidays, and candidates must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in GCC Ladies Fashion/Clothing Retail is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of Abaya Retail experience is preferred.
- Fluent in Arabic, English preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers with product selection.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Participate in inventory management.

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi Branch
The ROLE: The ideal candidate should have local or in GCC a female fashion experience with excellent communication and customer service skills and be passionate about fashion.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, increasing sales, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with an exceptional shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Maintain knowledge of product, current sales and promotions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently (POS)
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment and follow sops and guidelines.
- Communicate with management regarding customer feedback and product requests
Skills
- Experience in GCC Ladies Fashion/Clothing Retail (Mandatory): 3-5 years
- Abaya Retail experience: 1-2 years (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Upselling and Cross selling skills
- Passion for fashion and style
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (Mall Shifts) including weekends and holidays
- Willing to support across different branches if needed
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
- Languages:
Fluent in Arabic
English (preferred)
