As a Retail Education Graduate Trainee you will play an essential role in the development and of retail education strategies for Fragrances & Skin Care and Makeup categories. This 12month contract will provide you with valuable experience in training competitive analysis and event activations within the beauty industry. You will collaborate with the education teams to improve training effectiveness monitor retail performance and support beauty advisors across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career with iconic brands under COTYs umbrella including Burberry Hugo Boss Marc Jacobs and many more.

Key Responsibilities

InClass Training

• Assist in the creation and customization of training materials tailored to the UAE market.
• Attend training sessions and provide detailed feedback to improve future sessions.
• Support the facilitation of training sections and lead certain workshops.
• Contribute ideas for improving the overall training effectiveness.
• Help prepare the logistics for inclass training sessions (room setup testers etc..

Online Training

• Develop and distribute feedback forms to assess the success of online training.
• Assist in delivering online training sections.
• Analyze postsession reports and make recommendations for improvements.

Retail Competitive Analysis

• Conduct indepth market analysis within different retail environments (e.g. Sephora department stores boutiques).
• Identify competitive opportunities for COTY and suggest actionable steps to address gaps.
• Present competitive analysis findings to the Head of Education.

Makeup Allocation

• Manage and coordinate makeup allocations with Beauty Advisors.
• Ensure timely and accurate order placement for makeup allocations.
• Prepare makeup for collection and distribution.

Event and Brand Activations

• Contribute to enhancing the customer experience during events and activations.
• Support product demonstrations during events (if applicable).

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Bachelors degree
• Passionate about people development education and training in the retail industry.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong critical thinking creativity and problemsolving abilities.
• Adaptable and flexible to work in a fastpaced retail environment.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
