The goal of our program is to help you build an exciting and fulfilling career at AIG. You will have the chance to join one of our key lines: Financial Lines Casualty or Energy.

In addition to the training on the job you will participate in the AIG Academy a two-year structured development program designed to support and accelerate your strengths and interests. To help you succeed we make sure you receive above‑average remuneration regardless of your degree. You will be accompanied by a mentor and you will have the chance to participate in global workshops, master classes as well as networking events to get to know colleagues from AIG worldwide. You will receive a permanent employment contract.
