Technician - HSM Mechanical Day - Rolling Maintenance
Finishing Technician (Steel Industry)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical maintenance, including preventive and corrective actions, to ensure plant and equipment efficiency.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide root cause analysis with action plans for resolution.
- Operate and maintain equipment, including pendant-operated cranes, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Prepare daily inspection reports and ensure timely reporting of issues and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance projects and support production requirements.
- Promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards to achieve zero accidents.
- Optimize maintenance costs and minimize downtime.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with team members and customers.
- Proficiency with hand tools, measuring tools, and portable equipment.
