HSE Supervisor

Your tasks
  • Establishes and formalises HSE Process and Procedures for the company.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OSHA, etc.), and client requirements.
  • Identify workplace hazards and assess risks associated with operations. Implement preventive and corrective measures to minimize incidents.
  • Leads in-house training with employees about health and safety issues and risks; ensure that all new hires are trained and informed on HSE.
  • Custodian of all HSE documents; records of inspections / findings, incidents and accidents report while producing statistics for management and suggesting improvements.
  • Lead investigations into accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
  • To develop and drive the organization's sustainability strategy into business operations, ensuring compliance, and promoting long-term sustainable growth.
Your profile
  • An Engineering graduate with 6 to 9 years of experience in a similar field.
  • Should hold relevant certifications - NEBOSH. Other certifications related to occupational health and safety areas will be a definite advantage.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment areas.
