Job Title

Facility Operations Engineer

Job Scope

The Facility Operations Engineer is accountable forplanning, implementing and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of assigned buildings and facilities. S/He performs analysis of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, safety processes and recommends/implements improvements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain solid relationships with the client and all stakeholders
  • Strictly follow and implement the site plans/schedules and monitor the implementations conducted by the technicians and specialized assets teams
  • Maintain and manage the operations and reliability of the assigned critical facilities and general infrastructure systems as directed and planned by the Facility Operations Manager
  • Establish and monitor preventive maintenance processes and liaise with the site team and the office main technical team
  • Ensure all processes are adopted by onsite personnel in compliance with agreed site policies and the right documentation/reporting is issued in a timely manner
  • Assist in managing retrofit works and ensure all projects’ deliverables fall within time, scope, quality and cost constraints
  • Attend client meetings, if required by management, to discuss and detail the optimization and efficiency of the operations and the site performance
  • Adopt the documentation of all procedures (SOPs, MOPs…) and site policies in full compliance with the building/client norms
  • Ensure compliance to reports/incidents documentation issuance and hand over the same to the Facility Operations Manager or Service Admin
  • Follow through assigned sites/facilities HSE policies
Position Requirements
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
