We are looking for a skilled Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities in the water treatment industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical systems, team supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensure electrical work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Prepare and review electrical technical submittals, including Single Line Diagrams, Schematic Diagrams, BOQs, and Load Schedules.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers for material procurement and technical discussions.
• Prepare and maintain electrical test reports, including FAT, SAT, Megger Testing, Continuity Testing, and Functional Testing.
• Assist in designing electrical layouts, including lighting, small power distribution, and cable route planning.
• Lead and guide electricians, ensuring efficient execution of electrical projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with different departments, including engineering, procurement, and project execution teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with relevant hands-on experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical supervision for candidates with a formal degree, while applicants without a degree should demonstrate substantial practical experience of at least 7 years within the water treatment industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning procedures.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for electrical drawings and layouts is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Good understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
