Electrical Supervisor – Solar PV Project

Position Summary

The Electrical Supervisor will oversee electrical installation activities including DC, AC, inverters, transformers, MV/LV systems, and grid connection works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical works in accordance with approved drawings and standards.
• Ensure correct installation of PV strings, combiner boxes, inverters, transformers, and cabling.
• Verify testing activities (continuity analsex arc, insulation resistance, functional tests).
• Ensure compliance with quality plans, ITPs, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with commissioning activities and support punch-list closure.
• Maintain accurate inspection and testing records.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 years’ experience in Solar PV or power projects.
• Strong knowledge of PV electrical systems and grid inter customs.
• Experience in site inspections, testing, and documentation.

Site Presence Options

• Resident option: Full-time on site
• Ad-hoc option: Attendance during electrical installation and testing phases
