Responsibilities

• Act as technical point of contact for smoke management enquiries.
• Support sales and estimation teams with presales activities.
• Produce and review design deliverables for technical correctness.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated delivery.
• Develop and present technical solutions to stakeholders.
• Maintain records within CRM and project management systems.
• Identify technical issues early and propose solutions.
• Provide support during installation and commissioning phases.
