Job summary
A leading conservation organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Education and Conservation Team Leader. This role involves developing and implementing educational programs, managing conservation initiatives, and leading a team of passionate educators. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in environmental education, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. This position offers the opportunity to engage with the community and foster partnerships while promoting wildlife conservation efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in environmental education and/or conservation.
- Strong knowledge of butterfly and plant ecology necessary.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate educational programs for diverse audiences.
- Oversee conservation projects focused on butterflies.
- Recruit, train, and supervise education and conservation staff.
