Job Overview
The Senior Product Manager will own the product lifecycle for Amazon s online grocery channel, from strategy development to execution and continuous improvement. The role will involve defining product roadmaps, analyzing customer behavior, identifying operational gaps, and launching new channels to enhance the grocery experience for Prime members.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end product development for Amazon Grocery in a new marketplace and channel
* Define product roadmaps based on customer data, competitive benchmarking, and operational constraints
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, tech, planning, and leadership to ensure product feasibility and scalability
* Drive customer-centric innovation by collecting feedback, launching pilot features, and tracking impact metrics
* Own and report on KPIs to leadership, making data-driven decisions for product improvements
* Conduct in-depth analysis using SQL and other tools to identify pain points and develop actionable solutions
* Advocate for new product launches and enhancements through well-documented business cases
* Contribute to sales acceleration and profitability across the grocery channel

Job Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, or business development
* Strong track record of owning and delivering complex product strategies
* Proficiency in data analytics and ability to define and monitor business-critical KPIs
* Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong business writing and presentation skills
* Ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment through data-backed insights
* Experience launching scalable technology-based solutions in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in online grocery, retail, or e-commerce platforms
* Technical familiarity with SQL, dashboarding, and feedback loop systems
* Prior experience in the MENA market with local customer insight
