A well-established international company in the heavy equipment and construction services sector is seeking a Procurement Team Lead to join its operations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This full-time role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in the procurement of heavy machinery and spare parts, particularly in the Middle East region.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with operational goals.
• Plan and manage procurement of heavy equipment, spare parts, and services.
• Lead and mentor a procurement team, setting KPIs and driving performance.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers; negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Monitor procurement budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and finance for demand forecasting.
• Analyze market trends and recommend alternative sourcing strategies.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on technical equipment or spare parts.
• Expertise in sourcing for cranes, heavy lifting, or earthmoving machinery.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/procurement systems.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Experience in supplier relationship management and contract negotiation.
