A leading entertainment company in the UAE is seeking an Assistant Manager – Events & Production. The role involves coordinating event planning and execution, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in event production and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in English and familiarity with technical production tools are essential.
The Assistant Manager – Events & Production supports the Events and Production Manager in the execution and delivery of events and show production strategy at assigned properties and events; is responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of seasonal and special events, and provides operational support across daily entertainment offerings as needed.
The Assistant Manager – Events & Production works with the team as an active participant in achieving artistic goals, ensuring consistent quality, sharing knowledge with the team, supporting production and execution of events/shows while maintaining a positive attitude in the workplace, guaranteeing high standards in the delivery of all offerings and preserving production and execution values across the parks.
