Qualifications
3–5 years experience in engineering, preferably in hotels or high-rise buildings.
1–2 years in a supervisory or team-leader role.
Experience with chillers, plant rooms, BMS, and fire systems.
Responsabilités
Supervise daily engineering operations and lead a team.
Oversee maintenance for MEP and HVAC systems.
Ensure prompt resolution of guest room engineering issues.
Monitor and troubleshoot BMS and fire safety systems.
Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
