A luxury beachfront resort in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Team Leader for Lifeguard Operations to oversee safety and emergency response protocols. Ideal candidates should have at least one year of leadership experience in aquatic facilities and be certified as a Special Facilities Lifeguard. Responsibilities include managing staff, handling guest complaints, and maintaining high safety standards.
