Job Description:

We are looking for a Storekeeper In-Charge to manage inventory and supplies for our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling food & beverage stock, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring accurate stock levels
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials properly
• Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely procurement of goods
• Monitor stock movement and minimize wastage
• Follow food safety and storage guidelines
• Prepare reports on stock levels, purchases, and consumption trends
  
  

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a storekeeper in the F&B or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control
• Proficiency in using inventory management software
• Ability to handle food & beverage stock with care and maintain quality standards
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
