Job summary

A Dubai-based interior design company is seeking a Site Supervisor. You will oversee site activities for fit-out projects and ensure quality and safety. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams, assisting with planning and scheduling, and conducting inspections. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, valid UAE driving license, and at least 2 years of local experience. This full time position offers a salary up to 7K AED, inclusive of allowances.

Qualifications

• Open to male Hindi/Urdu speakers aged 40 and below.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in site supervision.

• Supervise daily site activities for fit-out/interior projects, ensuring quality, safety, and progress as per drawings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth execution.
• Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, material follow-ups, and site reporting.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate site documentation.

Qualifications

• Open to male Hindi/Urdu speakers aged 40 and below, with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in site supervision within fit-out/interior projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and AutoCAD (preferred).
