We are looking for an experienced Female Operations Supervisor, fluent in Tagalog, to manage daily operations, staff scheduling, and customer service. This is an office-based role focused on people management and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage 40–50 female staff (nannies, babysitters, housekeepers)
• Manage staff scheduling, assignments, and deployment
• Oversee a customer service team (3–5 staff) and handle client issues
• Coordinate drivers’ schedules for staff transportation
• Handle client bookings, complaints, and service follow-ups
• Use CRM systems to manage staff, clients, and operations
• Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and team meetings
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
• Prepare basic operational reports for management
