A progressive tech firm in Dubai seeks a Client Success & Business Development Executive to manage client relationships and drive business expansion. You will oversee the full client lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to onboarding and ensuring satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong client relationship skills, business development acumen, and experience in coordinating with internal teams. As a Client Success & Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving Keynoverse’s business expansion, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth product delivery from proposal to onboarding.
This role combinesbusiness development, marketing outreach, contract administration, client relationship management, and operational coordination— demanding initiative, analytical thinking, and strong commercial judgment.
You will take ownership of the full client lifecycle: from identifying opportunities and developing pricing strategies to coordinating product readiness, onboarding clients, and ensuring continuous satisfaction and retention.

Strong Client Relationship Skills: Ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term professional relationships with diverse clients across multiple regions.
Business Development & Sales Acumen: Proven capability to identify opportunities, generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales with a results-driven mindset.
Communication & Presentation Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Skilled in conducting market research, analyzing competition, preparing pricing strategies, and supporting revenue forecasting.
Marketing & Outreach Capability: Experience with digital marketing, lead generation tools, CRM platforms, and self-initiated outreach campaigns.
Project & Delivery Coordination: Ability to translate client requirements into internal instructions, coordinate with technical teams, and oversee timely delivery of products and services.
Contract & Documentation Proficiency: Strong attention to detail in reviewing agreements, preparing proposals, and ensuring compliance with policies and confidentiality standards.
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Proactive approach to handling client concerns, resolving challenges, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Time Management & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
